Market Notce – Notice of new timing for the start of KAP and KAP.Y last Book-building session on Monday 12th November 2018 – pdf

AIX hereby inform Market Participants and Custodians as follows:

The last book-building session for KAP common shares and KAP.Y GDRs starts at 9:00 on Monday 12th November 2018. It closes at 17:00 and no bids to be accepted afterwards. Market Participants and Custodians please take note that during the allocation process, bids submitted at a higher price than the top price will be considered as submitted at the top price of KZT 5,740. The same rule to apply to KAP.Y bids submitted above the top price of USD 15.40. The final offer price per 1 share is equal to the KZT equivalent of the final offer price per 1 GDR in USD. This is to be set by the Selling Shareholder on 13th November calculated using the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Kazakhstan for 12th November 2018, rounded to 2 decimals.
