Pursuant to Rule 5.1 of AIX CSD Business Rules, AIX CSD hereby informs its Participants as follows:

– shares of joint stock company “National Atomic Company “Kazatomprom” (KAP) are placed on the list of eligible securities for multi-currency settlement facilitation.
– The US dollar (USD) is placed on the list of currencies eligible for multi-currency settlement facilitation.
