Market Notice – Amendments introduced into the AIX CSD Procedurespdf

Pursuant to the Rules 1.4 and 1.5.6 of the AIX CSD Business Rules and the Section “Interpretation and Construction” of the AIX CSD Procedures, AIX CSD hereby informs its Participants as follows:

Effective from 09/08/2019, amendment introduced into the AIX CSD Procedures comes into effect and becomes binding on its Participants.

Particularly, item 8 of “Procedure for Rule 7.6.6” on “Fees, levies and other charges” has been amended. Now AIX CSD Participants are entitled to submit queries regarding invoiced amounts within thirty (30) business days from the end of the previous month.
