Anti-Money Laundering Notice is issued in conformity with AIFC and AFSA Rules and Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan relating Anti-Money Laundering which shall inter alia set out the anti-money laundering regime which AIX requires its Members to comply with. Members must comply with Anti-Money Laundering Notice and any other materials issued pursuant to such Notice.
