AIX hereby informs Market Participants and Investors that, in case of high volatility situations, the Reference Price for Securities admitted to trading on AIX may be manually adjusted in the AIX trading system from time to time based on the previous day Closing Prices on other Regulated Exchanges, where such Securities or Depositary Receipts for these Securities are traded. The equivalent Reference Prices in KZT will be adjusted based on the latest official exchange rate of the National bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The relevant notifications will be circulated to the AIX Market Participants before the start of trading or before the change becomes effective.
Please note that a price volatility control shall remain unchanged at +/- 10 % around the adjusted Reference Price.1
