Pursuant to Section1.5.6 of the AIX CSD Business Rules and the Section “Interpretation and Construction” of the AIX CSD Procedures, AIX CSD hereby informs its Participants as follows:

Effective from 24/06/2020, certain amendments introduced into the AIX CSD Procedures will come into effect and shall become binding on its Participants. Modifications are associated with Procedures for Rule 6.3.3.c – “Reporting Lending Transactions” of Section 6: Securities lending and borrowing:

• The Lending Transactions shall be reported to AIX CSD by submitting FOP Instructions in the form prescribed by AIX CSD.
