Market Notice Regarding AIX Notice №0002 on Waiver and Modification– link

The Astana International Exchange (AIX) hereby announces that AIX had issued Notice №0002 on Waiver and Modification dated 27/05/2020 (Notice) in relation to listing requirement for Issuers to demonstrate that at least one of the three years of audited accounts is in net profit.

As a part of the project on enhancement of regulatory framework for markets and market institutions initiated by the Astana Financial Services Authority (please follow the link to access the AFSA Consultation Paper), the AIX considers certain modifications to the AIX Business Rules and, as an interim measure before adoption of such modifications, will waive the listing requirement MLR4.1(2) regarding the net profit for the Issuers of Debentures and Pre-IPO Issuers.
